Free Standard delivery
RenoEZ offers free Standard delivery, typically three business days, for eligible in-stock orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Delivery speed depends on inventory, product size, and destination eligibility. Checkout availability does not guarantee a universal arrival date.
30-day returns
Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact RenoEZ before returning an item so the order and return destination can be confirmed. There is no restocking fee. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact RenoEZ promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. RenoEZ will cover the appropriate replacement, return, or refund resolution after confirming the order and issue.
Return condition
Products that have been installed, cut, painted, wallpapered, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Statutory rights and remedies are not limited by this policy.
